Choosing to seek counselling can be a difficult decision, and when faced with numerous profiles of counsellors, finding the right one can be very overwhelming, and frustrating. I know this feeling well, because I have been in that position myself.

 

I remember the anxiety and confusion of sifting through profiles, looking at photos, and wondering if I would ever find someone who could truly understood me.

 

Navigating the different counselling approaches, like Person-Centred Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy can be daunting, especially when you are already feeling vulnerable.

My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable and supported from the very beginning.

 

I aim to simplify the process and help you to find the right fit for your needs, whether you are new to counselling or have previous experience. I am here to guide you with compassion and clarity.
